This policy explains how KGMB Investment L.L.C S.O.C ("KGMB", "we") handles personal data in the [App name] app (iOS, Android and web) and on this website. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

2. What data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, phone number, company name and role.
- Report data: the address or location of the damage, photos, descriptions, voice recordings and messages you send us. Photos may by chance show people, rooms or vehicles. Please avoid photographing people.
- Job data: quotes, orders, appointments, invoices and payment status. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider and are never stored by us.
- Device data: device type, operating system, app version, notification token and error reports.
- Website: this website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and request data to deliver the pages and keep them secure.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To run your account, take your reports, prepare quotes and carry out repairs (performance of a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To send you updates about your reports by email and push notification (contract; push notifications only if you allow them, Art. 6(1)(a)).
- To keep invoices and business records as the law requires (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)).
- To keep the app secure, fix errors and prevent misuse (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
4. Artificial intelligence
The app uses AI to help with your report: for example to recognise the material and type of damage in a photo, turn a voice message into text, and help our team write summaries and quote drafts. A person always checks and releases quotes and other decisions that affect you; no decision with legal or similar effect is made by AI alone. Our AI providers process data in the European Union and may not use your data to train their models. When you talk to an AI assistant in the app, we tell you.
5. Who we share it with
- The repair company that carries out your job, so it can assess and complete the work.
- Service providers who work for us under a contract: hosting, database and file storage, AI and speech-to-text, email, push notifications (Apple and Google), payments, and the app stores.
- Authorities, only where the law requires it.
6. Where your data is stored
App data is stored in data centres in the European Union. Our team may access it from the United Arab Emirates, and some providers are based outside the EU. In those cases we use the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and further safeguards such as encryption and multi-factor authentication.
7. How long we keep it
- Account, report and device data: while your account is open. After you delete your account it is removed within 30 days, and from backups within a further 30 days.
- Quotes, invoices and payment records: as long as tax and commercial law requires (up to 7 years).
- Website request logs: for a short period set by our hosting provider, for security only.
8. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use these rights, email info@kgmbinvestment.com. You can also delete your account yourself.
You have the right to complain to a data protection authority, for example the one in the EU country where you live, or the UAE Data Office.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to named people who need it, using multi-factor authentication.
10. Children
The app is meant for adults and businesses. It is not intended for anyone under 16.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we also tell you in the app.
